Abraham is now three years old and he lives with both of his parents. The mother is the only person working as the father is a completely wasted person who takes a lot of alcohol and also takes the money that the mother has earned to take care of the family. She struggles as she sell brooms and moves from this village to another carrying them on her head. All she can get out of this little money is cassava flour to feed her children plus a cup of water. All the other siblings are seated at home and they are older now but they have not gotten a chance to go to school. The mothers prayer is that at least her youngest child can be able to attain education if he gets a sponsor. She has always tried her level best to take him to school but has failed. He loves rice and meat though its very rear for them to have this meal at home. On Christmas may be, he loves blue or red, hopes to be an engineer when he gets education and he is a peaceful and loving boy.
A monthly sponsorship of $35 will help to cater for the child’s school fees, scholastic materials, a noon meal and medical when he falls sick.
Treasured Kids Primary School students may be sponsored for $35USD/$45CAD. This provides the child’s school fees along with a noon meal, a uniform, shoes and medical attention if it is needed.
When the child graduates from Primary Seven and enters High School, there is an optional increase to $50USD/$65CAD per month to cover the additional costs of higher education. The sponsor can choose whether or not to increase their support at that time.
